Fill out your entry form
Look through the show schedule and decide what you would like to exhibit. Fill out the entry form with your details and the classes you wish to enter. We need to receive your entry form no later than a week before the show so we have time to create the entry cards and plan the layout of exhibits. No entry forms can be accepted on the day of the show.

Last date for receipt of entry forms is Saturday 18 July 2026.
On the day of the show, take your exhibits to Woking High School between 8.00am and 9.30am and collect your entry cards. You can then place your entries in the designated area within the show marquees.
Photographs should be brought in with Velcro (hooked side) attached at the corners.
If you need assistance or are unfamiliar with our procedures there will be plenty of stewards to guide you. Judging begins at 10am so everyone except judges and stewards must leave the marquees by then.
At 12.00pm, come back and enjoy the show, entertainments and stalls. Most of all, enjoy taking part in this special community event. Don’t forget to take your entry home at the end of the show (after the prize giving has been completed).
