To enter the show you must submit an entry form with the appropriate fee to us by Saturday 20 July 2019.
You must use a separate form for each named entrant. We cannot register late entries on the day of the show. Forms should be delivered in an envelope with the relevant fee, to:

On the day of the show, take your exhibits to Horsell CofE Junior School, Meadway Drive between 8.00am and 10.15am and collect your staging cards. If you are exhibiting photographs please bring them by 9.30 a.m with Velcro (hooked side) attached at the corners. If you are unfamiliar with our show there will be plenty of stewards to guide you. Unfortunately we cannot register any late entries on the day of the show. Judging begins at 10.30 am so we ask everyone except judges and stewards to leave the marquees by then.
At 1.30pm, come back and enjoy the show, entertainments and stalls. Pick up a bargain or two at the plant stall, try your luck on the tombola and treat yourself to some excellent refreshments. Most of all enjoy taking part in this special community event. Don’t forget to take your entry home at the end of the show. Entries may not be removed during the show.
We can now accept two entries per person in a class, so if you would like to display more than one photograph in a particular class or if you have knitted for a baby and an adult, please remember you can show off your talent to its full.
